Gandolfo's is a great little subway-style sandwich shop. They have an impressive variety of offerings--some hot, some cold, some either way--and I've enjoyed everything I've ever eaten here. One of my favorites, though, are their breakfast sandwiches (which are served all day)--be sure to give them a try! The owner (Tad) is typically on site. He not only oversees the operation, but he'll probably be taking orders and/or building sandwiches at any given moment. He's a nice guy who genuinely seems to care about your satisfaction. Small restaurants seem to come and go quickly, but Gandolfo's has stood the test of time. It is definitely worth the visit.

I love their knuckle sandwiches soooo gooood this location is always been good for me and never had any issues with this location they've always been friendly nice and willing to help and go the extra mile probably one of my favorite things about this is that they don't skimp on the meet like other sandwich companies do then try to charge you 2 3 bucks just to get a decent amount of me

It's alright for what it is. For my taste the bread was bland and bready. Thick, doughy white bread. I had the Empire State. 498 calories, and 64 grams of carbs. That's 50% more carbs than a Subway sandwich, and that has to all be in the bread. The price is also an issue. For $10 it's a bit overpriced.

Love Gandy's! The chocolate cake is amazing! They serve breakfast all day. I don't like their Kaiser Rolls, which is what most of the breakfast sandwiches come on, but I just want ask for it on a bagel. They take call-in orders, and even advertise so on their door, but even if you don't call in, they are usually still pretty fast! Get the Radio City or Manorville, both good, great on bagels! 4 stars because every time I get lunch sandwiches the bread is dry, avocados are brown, etc, but breakfast here is always amazing! GET THE CHOCOLATE CAKE!!! Side note: this is not the location attached to the gas station--that one is Orem on 800 North.

I have been going to Gandolfo's ever since Rocco still owned the place and had the original establishment down in Provo on the corner of University and Center. Gandolfo's makes the best sandwiches! Unfortunately, this location has gotten worse and worse over the past few months. A little while ago the employees were great and friendly! They were upbeat and knew my name every time I walked in the door. This was only a few months ago! Gandolfo's used to be a Friday lunch tradition for me but I haven't been there for about a month. I just went there today and it was the worst Gandolfo's experience I have ever had! The staff were not friendly at all. They looked completely depressed and worked with the same motivation as what they looked like. There were 3 employees working, yet they were only able to push out 1 sandwich every few minutes. After waiting approx 15-20 minutes to get my sandwich I walked up to the counter and the employee giving me my sandwich told me that they had ran out of the ranch sauce for the King of Queens and offered to give me some hot mustard on the side. "Shouldn't this have been something you brought up before you made my sandwich?" Shouldn't I get an offer to change my order or get a refund for you not being prepared with the proper ingredients? This was the worst experience I have ever had at Gandolfo's and I will not be visiting this establishment ever again. I will visit other locations if I ever get a craving for Gandolfo's. I have generated a lot of business for this site here in my workplace in American Fork just by bringing in sandwiches and encouraging my co-workers to go there. I will now encourage everyone to steer clear of this location until someone comes down and fixes the issues at this location! Until these issues are fixed, I think I'll just visit Panda Express or Cafe Rio on Fridays for lunch. It's so sad to see a location that used to provide excellent service and make the best sandwiches become one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I almost felt like going to subway after eating my sandwich today. The pastrami used to be moist and hot! this time it was cold and dry. They didn't even put coleslaw on the sandwich, they just put shredded lettuce on it. Major changes need to be made at this location!

My favorite gandalfos. Always so yummy. Their breakfast sandwiches are my personal favorite, can't seem to find any where else that has breakfast sandwiches that are as good. yummy real fried eggs, gooey american cheese and flavorfully seasoned sausage. Plus their bread is great. This location is always very friendly and pretty quick.

Always good and they act like they care. Get the breakfast sandwich called the upstate. You can watch tv while you eat as well. Overall I am a regular cause it's so good.

All I have to say is wow! I was a bit skeptical with it being attached to a gas station. I ordered a French dip and I'm eating it right now and it's amazing.

Definitely hit the spot for a late brunch prices are fair and incredibly feeling portions. Live television free WiFi can't go wrong. Will definitely put this spot on the map for a weekly visit.

Not a good experience at all. Part of the lettuce on my sandwich was brown and rotten. Asked for it on wheat bread and the bread was old and stale. Very dry. It will be hard to ever go back.

This is easily one of my favorite places to get breakfast or lunch. There are few things in life as good for breakfast as "the crew" with pastrami. If you are looking for something to change your life. Order that one! For lunch my favorite is the Urban Cowboy with not a lot of BBQ sauce or the little Italy with the sides or a piece of the chocolate cake. Its sooo sooo good! The Chef's Salad is really good too!
